Man’s Place in Creation, Original Sin, and Titles for Jesus

In this week’s “In Brief” video, we go on a brief walk (figuratively and literally!) through the Creation of Man, The Fall and Original Sin, and Titles for Jesus and what they mean.

This continues our journey through the Creed. This week, we discussed these lines from the Apostles’ Creed:

[I believe in God the Father almighty,] (last week!)

creator of heaven and earth. (this week is still part of this topic, God’s creation of us)

I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. (last section this week)

We review Man’s place in creation, his existence as body and soul and need for community. We review the Fall of Man, Original Sin’s impact, then end with the titles for Jesus used in the Creeds.

Stay tuned for the following video tomorrow for a deeper dive into these topics! Subscribe to get all the updates right away.
